Class  Retail centers in areas with potential growth & Multi-Family in Class A, B or C
Size 10,000-85,000 square feet
Age 1970’s or newer
Opportunities We focus on the acquisition of distressed, mismanaged, physical obsolescence, non-performing, and sub-performing commercial properties and REO properties.
Traffic Count 20,000-75,000 cars per day
